How do I return an item?
We want to ensure you are fully satisfied when shopping with us, so if you change your mind for any reason, We will be happy to offer a full refund(excluded Postage) you are able to report an item that is unused, in a resalable condition to us for Return, within 30 days of it being dispatched to you.
BeautyTrack Main products are Dental, Medical, Health and Beauty for Professional and Home Use College Students. Buy with Confidence and use with care. Some Products are prohibited to Under-age sale. It will not effect your statuary rights. Holiday Returns (1 November to 31st December) Extended holiday return period is offered till 31st January if ordered between 1st November to 31st December.
How to arrange a Return?
To arrange a return, Please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you. All you need to tell us is which item you wish to return and the reason why. You will need to pack the item securely and include a brief cover note stating:
- Your order number
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for return
- Whether you would like a refund or a replacement
- Please ask for a “Proof of posting certificate” as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing whilst in transit.

When can’t I return an item for exchange or refund?
In following circumstances we cannot exchange or refund your payment. If the item has been Used If your returns period has expired
When will I receive my exchange or refund?
We will process your exchange or refund as soon as your item is received back into our BeautyTrack warehouse. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.
